The guys at MTG Salvation found some info at a chinese MtG forum regarding the illustrations and card list of the From the Vault: Relics box.
The new card is named Sword of Mind and Body and is a blue/green artifact. We can’t read its abilities from the low resolution image, but we suppose it’ll give protection from those colors as well as some other things. The complete list of cards (including those that will feature a new artwork):
