Question: What is for sale in the Eternal Central Store, and how do I pay for stuff?
Answer: We currently offer a number of products, including both physical goods and Downloadable Products (digital downloads). Eternal Central currently accepts secure online payments through PayPal, and non-PayPal users may simply use credit/debit card payments using the on-screen prompts (which are securely processed through PayPal, but do not require a PayPal login or user account).

Question: Do I have to create an account on Eternal Central or PayPal to buy stuff?
Answer: NO. You don’t have to create an account on Eternal Central or PayPal to buy stuff. You may checkout as a Guest, and just pay by credit/debit card when prompted (will still be processed by PayPal’s secure encrypted payment processing, but does not require an account).

Question: What is the benefit of creating an account on Eternal Central?
Answer: If you create an account on Eternal Central you can always log in to find your past purchases, re-download digital downloads if need be, print Event Tickets, and have full access to your payment, billing, and shipping information for physical goods that would be shipped to you. It allows you more control over your purchases (similar to Amazon.com), and is totally free. It is highly recommended, and only takes a few seconds to complete when creating your first order. You can always access your account from the main navigation menu at the top of Eternal Central, under Home>My Account.

Question: Does Eternal Central store my credit card information, or share my information with other companies?
Answer: NO. Eternal Central does not retain any credit card or payment information like your credit/debit card. It is handled entirely offsite by PayPal’s encrypted payment services (even if you do not have a PayPal account; they are the credit card processor). We do not sell or share your personal information with anybody.

Downloadable Products

Question: How do I download the Downloadable Products(s) I have purchased?
Answer: There are now two ways you can download your digital download purchases.

The first way is that you will immediately receive an automated email with a direct link to your personalized and licensed copy of each Downloadable Product you order. The automated email is sent immediately, and if you do not see it in your Inbox please check your Junk/Spam folder (many times even legitimate automated emails will land in there). This link is encrypted and is for your copy only. Please ensure that any popup blocker is turned OFF when downloading, as this may cause conflicts with content loading depending on your browser. If you do not see the email in your PayPal email address Inbox please check your Spam or Junk Mail folder, as some automated emails often land in those places if not the Inbox (especially Hotmail.com and live.com email addresses). This email is sent automatically and if you don’t see it within about 30 minutes feel free to contact our customer support at eternalcentral@gmail.com.

The second way to download or access your Downloadable Products at a later time is to go to the My Account page, where you will see all of your past purchases, and can download items directly under Available Downloads, or you can go in to individual orders and click on each line that says ‘Download [Product Name].’ (Note: Items purchased before July 15, 2014 will NOT show up here, as Eternal Central changed shopping systems, and have implemented this feature in the new system going forward, which did not exist in the old system. If you have lost an old download please contact our customer support at eternalcentral@gmail.com.).

Question: What file format are Downloadable Products in?
Answer: Unless otherwise specified on the product page, all Downloadable Products are in the Adobe Acrobat (.PDF) file format. You most likely have this already installed on your computer, phone, or reader device, but if you do not you can find the newest version available for free download here: http://get.adobe.com/reader/

Question: Who can use the Downloadable Product I purchase?
Answer: The licensed purchaser/user is the only person who may user the purchased content. It may not be copied, sold, reproduced, or distributed in any way without the expressed written consent of Eternal Central.

Question: Are Downloadable Products eligible for refund/return?
Answer: Downloadable Products are information in the form of digital downloads for sale available to the consumer, and as such are not eligible for a refund or return of any kind.

Event Tickets

Question: What if I have purchased a digital Event Ticket?
Answer: You will immediately receive an automated email with your receipt, sent directly to the email address you enter at PayPal payment checkout. You will also immediately receive an automated email with PDF version of your Event Ticket(s) attached, sent to the same email address you enter at checkout. The automated email is sent immediately, and if you do not see it in your Inbox please check your Junk/Spam folder (many times even legitimate automated emails will land in there). Please ensure that any popup blocker is turned OFF when downloading, as this may cause conflicts with content loading depending on your browser.
